Key Responsibilities Data Entry & System Updates: - Track and update daily production records on our web application. - Maintain up-to-date computer inventory records for raw materials, fabrics, and supplies. - Manage HR attendance logs and daily sign-in records for all factory staff. Production Support & Printing: - Print daily order sheets and distribution lists for the production floor. - Print garment patterns and technical documentation accurately as needed. - Communicate the daily production schedule to tailors and assist them with routine task coordination. Factory Maintenance & General Admin: - Oversee and maintain basic cleanliness and organization within the factory workspace. - Handle general administrative duties to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow on the shop floor. Requirements & Qualifications - Computer Literacy: Proficient in basic computer usage, web apps, spreadsheet software, and general data entry. - Communication Skills: Clear communication skills to liaise between tailors, supervisors, and management. - Attention to Detail: Precise in managing inventory numbers, pattern printing, and attendance tracking. - Organized & Proactive: Able to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Prior Experience: Experience in a garment factory, textile industry, or administrative role is a plus, but not required.
