Role Overview We are seeking skilled and motivated Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in PHP and Laravel to join our development team. The role involves end-to-end application developmentfrom backend logic to front-end designensuring performance, security, and scalability for our business and client platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain secure and efficient web applications using PHP and Laravel. Work across the full technology stack including database, API, and front-end layers. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and developers to deliver user-friendly digital experiences. Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Optimize web applications for performance, reliability, and scalability. Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing systems based on team feedback. Manage and maintain websites hosted on Hostinger, including deployment and server management. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Familiarity with Git or other version control tools. Experience using Prompt Engineering tools such as Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT for code optimization or automation. Basic to intermediate server management experience (cPanel, VPS, Hostinger). Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred (Good to Have) Hands-on experience with React, Vue.js, or modern front-end frameworks.
