Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and manage our upcoming retail projects, including store setups, refurbishments, and infrastructure planning. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in retail shop planning, vendor coordination, procurement, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and manage end-to-end execution of new store projects
*Coordinate with internal teams, architects, and external vendors for timely delivery
*Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and service providers
*Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
*Oversee site-level activities including civil, electrical, and interior works
*Handle procurement of materials and equipment related to projects
*Conduct market analysis and price comparison across vendors for cost-effectiveness
*Ensure all products and materials meet required quality standards
*Maintain documentation for project purchases, invoices, vendor payments, and approvals
*Conduct site visits and quality inspections during execution
*Provide regular progress reports to management
Requirements:
*34 years of proven experience in project management within the retail or construction industry
*Strong understanding of retail shop setup processes, materials, and timelines
*Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
*Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*Strong knowledge of quality checks, cost estimation, and procurement processes
*Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic project tracking tools
*Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
