Living, Dining, Kitchen: Imported Marble flooring polished and finished with tin oxide. Kitchen: Imported Concept tiles above the counter up to a Height of 2 feet. Bedrooms: AC4 grade Wooden Laminated flooring. Toilets: Imported tiles for flooring and walls up to false ceiling Height of 8 feet. Lobby and Stairs: Imported tiles / smooth granite.

Door Frames: All door frames shall be of Teak wood architraves. Main Doors: 40mm thick designer teakwood doors. Other Doors: Chemically treated Masonite craft master doors.

Windows Shutters: UPVC window system or aluminum casement windows. Hardware: All tower bolts, door stoppers and ball bearing hinges shall be of Godrej brand and made of CP brass. The locks shall also be of Godrej brand.

Kitchen Counter-top: A 20mm thick granite slab will be provided. Kitchen Sink: Stainless steel sinks with a drain-board.

Internal Walls: Putty with emulsion paint. Wallpaper in selected areas. Service Area: Oil bound / acrylic distemper. Doors & Windows: All outer face shall be finished with Polyurethane coating and the inner face with melamine finish. External Walls: Exterior grade weather-shield emulsion, texture paint or as suggested by architect.

Separate electrical meter board to accommodate a 3 phase meter for each apartment, with proper electrical housing.
