•Total walls will be finished with double glazed ceramic tiles up to 7 feet height.

Flooring:
•Liv.rs dinning, bedrooms and kechen wil have 2x2 feet doubts loaded vitrified tiles.
•Bedrooms and Utility rooms will have 2x2 foot anti skid ceramic tias
•Starcase will be laid with tiles and SS railing.
•Terrace will be laid with mat-finish ceramic tiles.

Kitchen:
•Kitchen will be given with granite stab and 2 feel tiles.
•Provision for chimney v.411 be provided.
•SS sink wet be provided with a bowl and dean board.
•CP Ming von bo hindware / jaguar or equivalent.

Bathrooms:
Floor mounted WC with cistern and health faucet will be provided. 
Wall mounted wash basin will be provided.
Al CP Meng MI be parryware / hindware/jaguar or equivalent
