STRUCTURE

• RCC framed structure with M-25 grade concrete and Fe 500 grade TMT steel, designed as per relevant BIS codes for earth quake resistance (seismic zone-II), structurally efficient systems implemented.

WALLS

• External walls with 6” solid cement blocks and internal walls with 4” solid cement blocks.

PLASTERING

• Double coat sponge finish for external walls and single coat for internal walls.

• Teak wood frame for Main Door, salwood for all other doors and designer moulded skin shutters for all doors.

• UPVC windows with safety grills.

FLOORING

• 24” X 24” Polished vitrified tiles flooring with 3” skirting all around. Granite flooring in common areas.

KITCHEN

• Kitchen platform with granite top and stainless steel sink, Glazed tiles dado up to 2’-0” height above platform.

TOILETS

• GROHE/ Equivalent C.P. bath fittings, HINDWARE/equivalent sanitary ware,12” X 12”antiskid ceramic tiles for flooring and glazed ceramic tiles for dado with edge profiles up to 7’-0”.

ELECTRICAL

• Concealed copper wiring and Legrand modular switches with adequate light, fan, geyser, exhaust fan and power points

PLUMBING

• Astral Flow/equivalent Guard CPVC plumbing system.

WATER SUPPLY

• Adequate usage water supply through bore well. Provision for Cauvery Water/Drinking Water in Kitchen.

COMMUNICATION

• Telephone and T.V. Points in master bedroom & living room.

ELECTRICITY

• LED ligts will be provided for all common zones like lifts , basement and common area around the building.

WATER

• 2 Bore-wells for ground water .
• 100% rain water harvesting.

STP

• Organic waste water management system is used to treat the waste water . Treated water is used for watering all common area gardens and for flushing in toilets .
