Electricity:
Based on the three-phase system with concealed wiring, there are separate meters for each apartment. 5 & 15 Amp power points are provided for your precious air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, etc. In addition there are separate connections in case of power failure, direct from generator.

Painting:
Internal walls are coated with emulsion paints whereas external walls are treated with weather proof painting. The choice is made, keeping in mind the climatic conditions, especially the rain, so that the building and the interiors look at its best at all times.
Elevator:
There are 2 automatic elevators with automatic rescue device and 24 hours backup from the generators for the benefit of the residents.

Generator:
The 24 hours standby generator keeps the residents happy with uninterrupted power supply and also helps the elevator to function continuously.
