Vitrified tiles flooring for the apartment except toilets.For toilets anti - skid ceramic tile flooring and glazed tile dado for walls.

Kitchen
Granite working top with stainless steel single bowl sink with drain board. Dado above countertops. Provision for washing machine, refrigerator and water purifier.

Toilets
Quality sanitaryware and CP fittings, EWC, hot and cold mixer unit for head shower, health faucet, granite counter top for master bed toilet wash basin and dining wash, towel rod and soap dish in all toilets. Wired provision for geyser. Exhaust fan wired provision in all toilets and kitchen.

Painting
Entrance door stained/polished finish. All internal doors paint finish. Putty and plastic emulsion for inside walls and ceiling. Exterior walls painted with good quality exterior paint.

Electrical
All wiring with provision for pwer plugs. Adequate light and fan points. Points controlled by ELCB and MCB with indepandent KSEB meter. Modular switches, 6/16A plug points etc.

Doors
Elegant entrance door and moulded/flush internal doors. Half glazed moulded door for the kitchen and solid core flush door openable/sliding for toilets. Aluminium frame with combination of fixed/sliding glass panel doors for balconies.

Windows
All windows and ventilators shall be powder coated aluminium with glazed shutters
