Each avenue shall have CCTV cameras which shall keep a tight vigil on the movements with control at the security cabin keeping them alert at all times.

MAINTAINENCE
The most unique of them all. The layout shall be maintained by Primia for a period of 36 months by which time we are hopeful residents will take over the maintenance.

ROADS
The layout shall have 12 and 9 Meter road fully asphalted to very high standards in specification and finishes.

WATER  
Sufficient underground water shall be provided to every plot with robust CPVC pipes carrying the water from an Overhead tank capacity of holding one lakh twenty five thousand liters of water. Each plot shall have a water line termination.

DRAINAGE AND SEWERAGE
Stone slab drains shall carry the rainwater which shall be duly covered by cast covers. The sewerage lines shall be carried by high quality Stoneware pipes with chambers at convenient points and a drain terminated to each plot. Neatly cast RCC drains will carry the storm water drain on the main entrance (12 meters) & Stone drains on the cross roads.

ENTRANCE ARCH
A grand entrance arch with a compound wall and a security cabin in the front and the other sides fully fenced shall create a sense of pride when anyone enters in.

PAVEMENTS
Aromatic /Fruit bearing trees avenues. Each street will beckon trees seasonally releasing fragrances seasonally. The walkways shall be a blend of greens and at the same time creating a pleasurable walk to the pedestrians.

ENVIRONMENT

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT
A sewage treatment plant which shall ensures all wastes are well treated before it leaves the layout or enters the mother earth back.

RAINWATER RECHARGE PITS
A set of pits scientifically placed to ensure the water collected from rains are suitably sent back to mother earth and thus improving the water table.
