Plain cement concrete Bed 4” thick of mix 1:4:8 with 40mm and down size jelly

Basement & Foundation:
MAIN WALL: 6 course of Size Stone Masonry up to the ground level. 4 course after the ground level in CM 1:6
Partition wall : 2 course of Size Stone Masonry in C M 1:6

Damp proof course at Plinth level:
D P C is provided with PCC 1:2:4, 4” Thick & 18” width of the Size Stone masonry.

Super Structure:
a) Brick Work: Table mould bricks are used with CM 1:6 and height of the building is 10’0” form the plinth level.
b) 6” thick Lintel is provided all round the building in RCC 1:2:4.
c) Chejjas – (1’9”width) Proportion RCC 1:2:4
Thickness: Finishing concrete 2”final3”
d) Roof Slab - 5” Thick RCC (1:2:4) Slab is provided with proper slope and curing.

Parapet Wall:
Parapet Wall is provided to the outer with 2’6” height 4.5” Thick BBM In CM 1:4 and plastering in CM 1:6. One pair of Cloth Angular is provided.

RCC Lofts:
Room: 1 Side& lofts are provided wherever necessary.

Plastering:
a) Inside Wall in CM 1:6 with lime rendering
b) Outside walls : with medium size sand in CM 1:6
c) Ceiling Plastering in CM 1:4

Grill Work:
Windows: 10mm Brite rod fixed Horizontally @ 2.5” etc.,
Railings : Railings will be provided with normal design

Tile work:
a) Vitrified tiles (2’x2’) with skirting tiles (4”ht) laid over CC 1:4:8 in CM 1:6 including laying charges (Tiles Cost including labor charges Rs. 50/- per sft)
b) Glazed tiles-providing, fixing and pointing glazed tiles of 8”x12” sizes only. (within Rs. 25/- per sft)
For bathroom: To a height of 7’0” (above floor level).
For Kitchen: To a height of 4’0” above Cooking Plat form.
Cooking Platform: Granites Slab (30mm) with granite sink of 2’x2’ size Length: As per Drawing. (in L- Shape)

Wood work:
Frame Work: Neem wood frame of size 3”x5”.
Shutter:
Door: Flush doors with Mortise lock Fitted only for bed room doors. Powder coated fittings are used wherever necessary
Window: Second Quality Teak (1” Thick) with Powder coated fittings.
Bath Room Doors: FRP Doors with frame.
Front Doors: A teak Wood door of frame size 3”x5” x 1” and 1” thick shutter is provided with Brass Fittings.
Pooja Doors: Teak Wood doors of frame size 3”x4”x1” and 1” thick shutter with Etching Glass are fixed with brass Fittings.
Windows Shutters will be provided with Pinhead glass.

Water Supply & Sanitary:
Water supply: CPVC pipes with ¾ “dia with Nandi gold / Ashirvad company make with necessary fittings.
Bath Room – 6 points Kitchen – 4 points
Only Two Bath Rooms are provided
Taps: Foe kitchen Taps will be provided at Rs. 500 each. In Bath room: Mixing is provided for 2 tap & Shower Tap of Rs. 2500 each. Other taps are provided at Rs. 200.
Wash Basin of Rs 1500/- one number, one Mirror of Rs. 250/- is Fitted. Indian Type water closet will be provided for CBR & Western type closet for ABR within Rs. 2,500.00 including fittings. PVC Rain water pipe will be provided. For Sanitary Connection 4” PVC pipes will be provided & Chambers will be provided as per requirement with Cast Iron cover.

Sump & Over Head Tank:
9” Thick Burnt brick Masonry with 5” Thick RCC Slab for Sump Tank of Capacity 4000.00 ltrs will be provided.
RCC Over Head Tank of Capacity 500 ltrs will be provided including Half HP Motor 1 No. ( V –Guard / Sharp make)

Electrification:
Lighting Points: AEH Pipe Provisions wherever required TV, Telephone Points will be provided.

Compound wall with Two course of S.S.M With D.P.C 4” thick. Height of Compound is 4’0” with 4.5” thick B.B.M with 9”x9” pillar in regular interval front compound will be normal design.Claddings & Architecture work will be charged extra. Gate 8’x5’0” with normal Height will be provided.

Painting:
Wood work: One coat of Primer, One Coat Patti & Two Coat Enamel Paint (Asian Paint) is provided.
Inside Wall : One Coat Primer, two coat of patti& Two coats of Asian premier emulsion
Outside Wall: Two Coats of Birla White Primer & one coat of Exterior Emulsion (Apex) are provided with single shade.

Wardrobe:
Ward robs of size 3’x7’ is provided. Prelam boards are used for doors and partition works. Wardrobes are provided with one mirror and aesthetic design.

Weather proof course:
Weather proof course is provided above the Roof with CM 1:6 with proper slope with water proof compound (Dr. Fixit brand).

Details of Steel Sections being used in the RCC Works.:
a) Lintel – 8mm & 10 mm rods & Stirrups 6 mm bar @ 9” C/C will be provided.
b) Chejja / Loft – Main 8 mm @ 6” C/C & Distribution 6 mm @ 8” C/C will be provided.
c) Roof and canopy –Main 10 mm @ 6” C/C & Distribution 8mm @ 8”C/C.

43 Grade Cement will be used.
