Polished granite slab. Stainless steel sinks with single drain board for the kitchen platform.

BATH & TOILET FITTINGS

White EWC and wash basins of Hindustan or equivalent make. Standard CP fittings are provided in toilets. Walls with white glazed tiles to a height of 5 feet. Flooring with anti-skid ceramic tiles.

ELECTRICAL

Concealed copper wiring in PVC conduits for lights, fans, 5 amps and 15 amps points with premium branded switches. Separate electricity meter provided for each flat.
All charges levied by Kerala State Electricity Board will have to be borne by the buyer.

DOORS AND WINDOWS

Entrance door in teak wood. Other doors, with wooden outer frames. Paneled painted doors for bed rooms and toilets. Windows are aluminum, iron grill and glazed.

PAINTING

Putty with distemper paint for walls and enamel paint for doors. Outside walls – exterior emulsion.
