Teak wood front door, other doors in quality hard wood or molded doors, Enamel painted wooden windows with MS grills & glass.

Doors & Windows
Teak wood front door, moulded panel doors for interiors, glazed powder coated aluminium windows with MS grill and glass.

Painting
Putty finished plastic emulsion paint for internal walls and enamel paint for doors and window grills. External walls will be weather proof emulsion paint.

Electricity
Three phase power supply with concealed wiring in PVC conduits controlled by ELCB and MCB. Elegant modular switches. Provision for cable TV and telephone points in living room and master bed room.

Generator
For lifts, common lights, water pumps etc. and selected points in apartments. D G supported One light point each in living room, master bedroom and kitchen. One fan point in master bedroom and TV point in living room.

At extra cost.

Water
Drinking water supply at kitchen sink. Common KWA storage tank for ground water with overhead water tank. Supplementary ground water supply for general purpose.
