SUB & SUPER STRUCTURE
RCC Framed structure.
All reinforcement work will be carried out with TMT 415/TMT 500 of selected Brand.
All RCC work will be carried out as per specification.
1st class brick work in 1:6 proportion will be done in 200-250 mm thick wall and for 125 and 75 thick brickwork will be done in 1:4 proportion and wire netting as per specification.

Internal & External Plastering
12mm thick plaster with 1:6 proportion in all internal walls.
6mm thick plaster with 1:4 proportion for ceiling.
18mm thick plaster in 1:6 proportion at outside plaster.
Parapet wall as per drawing.

POP
2 to 3 mm thick POP on plastered surface of internal walls & ceilings with Bhutan Druk or of equivalent brand.
POP should be done in two stages  Ceiling and 50% of wall will be before flooring works and balance after flooring and skirting.

PAINT OUTSIDE  
Two coats of Snowcem over one coat of white base cement primer.

FLOORING
Living/ Dining & Bedroom  Ceramic Tiles over RCC Slab.
Kitchen
Nonskid ceramic tiles.
Toilet Block  Nonskid type ceramic glazed tiles.
Balcony Ceramic Tiles over RCC Slab.

Stair & Lobby
Kota stone/ marble tiles.

Car Parking
crazy floor.
Skirting
100mm high to all rooms except toilet.

DOORS & WINDOWS
Machine finished seasoned & treated wooden frames to all doors.
All door shutters will be flush door type.
Two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of primer.
All hard wares for doors are of Aluminium Anodized and hinges are of Pressed Steel.
Glazed MS open able window & M.S Hard ware in all floors & stair curtain.

RAILING
M.S hand railing with PVC rail.
M.S. Balcony railings will be as per detail drawing.

TOILETS
CPVC pipes for water supply.
Branded CP fittings for toilet blocks.
First class quality sanitary fixtures.
Glazed tiles up to top of doorframe.

KITCHEN
Kota Kitchen Platform of 600 mm width.
Dodo of neat ceramic up to 600 mm above kitchen platform.
CPVC pipes for water supply.

ELECTRICAL
Flexible PVC pipes will be provided for concealed lines.
1.5 sq.mm for Light points, 2.5 sq.mm for Plug points & 4.0 sq.mm for Power points ISI Marked copper wires with PVC insulation.
All fittings & fixtures should be of ISI marked of approved quality.
Sufficiently illuminated lobby points must be provided.
