Ceiling: Oil Based Distemper Paint

Interior wall surfaces: 2 coats of putty + 1 coat of primer + 2 coats of interior acrylic emulsion paint.

Exterior wall surfaces: Painted with texture paint.

Main Door : Double shutter doors with Architrave Frame – 1st Outdoor with Wood Frame and MS Grill and 2nd Door with Engineered Wood. Biometric Lock, Brass tower bolt at top and bottom, Magic eye, safety chain brass door stopper.

Windows and Ventilators : UPVC window with plain glass and grills of required sizes
