Super Structure: In table moulded red brick with cement mortar 9" thick for exterior walls and 41/2" thick for interior walls. Smooth finish with luppam for inside 6" putty finish for all exterior walls.

Door: Complete teak wood frames. teak wood shutter for main door and commercial moulded flush shutters for inside doors with standard fittings.

Windows: UPVC or powdered coting aluminum fittings.

Floorings: Vitrified tiles ( johnson/asian or equivalent make) of 36"X36"for living and dinning areas. 24"X24" for bedrooms, non-skid designer ceramic tiles for balconies, kitchen and utility ares 16"X16" and 12"X12" for all toilets.

Electrical: TV point in living area in two bedrooms. Fire resistant electrical wires of anchor/legrand or equivalent make. Electrical switches of anchor roma tressa series or similar. One earth leakage circuit breaker (MCB) for each room provided at the main distribution box within each flat. Telephone point in 2 bedrooms and in living area.
