TOILETS:

• Imported/ Indian [CERA/Hindware/Equivalent] sanitary fittings. EWC will be of wall-mounted. Concealed piping & premium quality CP fittings [CERA/Hindware/Equivalent]. Hot & Cold water diverter with shower in all toilets. 

PAINTING:

• Internal walls will be coated with Asian/Dulex/Berger/Equivalent emulsion paints [roller and putty finish]. External walls will be coated with Asian/Dulex/Berger/Equivalent weather-proof paints 

ELECTRICITY:

• KSEB connection as per rules & regulations of KSEB. Concealed conduit wiring with copper conductor from Finolex/Equivalent. Adequate Light & Fan points with Legrand/Crabtree/Equtvalent switches. AC point in Master bedroom. Provision for AC in other bedrooms. Geyser point in master toilet & provision in other toilets on demand. Exhaust fan points in all bathrooms. TV & Telephone points in living & Master Bedroom only. 

BACKUP GENERATOR:

• Automatic DG back-up for each apartment with change over system. Generator back-up for lifts, common area lights, pump rooms, etc. 

WATER SUPPLY:

• KWA Water supply in the kitchen, subject to rules & regulations of KWA. Bore well / well water in other points
