• External Watt with cement plaster & internal walls with Birla Wall care Putty finish.

FLOORING

• Vitrified tiles in the Living, Dining, Bedrooms, Kitchen and non-skid tiles for the utility and balconies.

LOBBY & STAIRCASE

• The Main Entrance lobby will be finished with Granite/ Kota. Staircase steps will be finished with Granite/Kota stone.

ELEVATOR

• Latest state of art Elevators from Kone/Johnson/lronbird or equivalent lift of suitable capacity will be provided as per requirement.
