2' high ceramic / glazed tiles on wall above the working top and 4'6" high on remaining walls shall be provided

C.P. fitting of standard quality
Stainless steel sink with single drain board

Toilet :
Mixer for hot & cold water shall be provided in all toilets
Ceramic / glazed tiles upto the ceiling level shall be provided in bathrooms
English type w/c of white shade with low level type cistern shall be provided
One wash basin of white shade, looking mirror towel rail / ring shall be provided
The toilet flooring shall be ceramic tiles (anti skid)
C.P. fitting of standard quality shall be provided

Door/Windows & Shutters :
All door frames shall be anodized aluminium / steel pressed wood
All door shutters shall be ISI flush door shutters, except the main entrance door which shall be paneled door shutter & can be partly glazed as well
All door frames & shutters shall be polished / painted with synthetic enamel paint of pleasing shades
All window frames shall be anodized aluminium / teak wood

Cupboard :
Only niches for cupboards shall be provided

General :
Provision for telephone wiring (two pairs) shall be provided from the main gate of the plot (concealed or overhead whatever may be applicable)
Provisions shall be made in drawing/living room for one TV point and Telephone point
