Structure

Reinforced Cement Concrete structure with 9" external walls
and 4.5" internal walls.

Walls

All walls will be built using high quality fly ash bricks and
mortar. Wherever possible, masonry techniques to improve
thermal insulation such as rat-trap bond will be employed.
Walls will be plastered, putty finished and painted with
emulsion paints.

Floors

Living room and dining will be laid with engineered marble
while bedrooms will be laid with premium vitrified flooring.
Kitchen, service, balconies and bathrooms will feature textured
ceramic or vitrified flooring.

Doors and windows

Entrance doors and internal bedroom doors will feature ultra-
modern pre-hung doors with veneered finish. Window frames
and shutters will be of UPVC with grills.

Ceilings

Ceilings will be cement plastered and putty finished.

Kitchen

Keeping up with the current trend of modular kitchens, the
semi-finished kitchens in Solitaire will feature textured flooring,
electrical points and inlets and outlets for water and waste
connections. Tabletops, sinks and wall dado will not be
provided.

Bathrooms

Solitaire will feature beautiful bathrooms with artistic tiling
up to ceiling height. Overhead rain showers and
concealed diverters of Jaguar / Kohler make will be
provided in all bathrooms. German sanitary ware from
Kohler brand will be provided along with health faucets
in all bathrooms. Granite countertops will be provided
where indicated in floor plans. All bathrooms will feature
wall hung closets with concealed cisterns.

Electrical

Prime quality electrical cables and pipes of reputed make
will be used. Modular switches of MK brand will be
provided. Appropriate light, fan and other electrical
points will be provided in each room. Master bedrooms
will have remote controlled light and fan points for
added convenience. Provision for independent three
phase power connection will be given to each apartment.
Generator backup or provision for inverters will be given
to each apartment.

Plumbing, Sanitation & Water supply

A hydro-pneumatic pump system will provide the entire

project with 24/7 pressurized water supply from a
common sump. A sewerage treatment plant of adequate
capacity will handle the sanitation requirements of the
project.
