Structure    :    

• RCC framed structure.

Walls    :    

• External Walls of 6” Solid Concrete Blocks and internal walls with 4” Solid Cement Concrete Blocks

Plastering    :    

• Cement plastering and external cement plastering.

Flooring    :    

• Vitrified tiles in all rooms. Common areas will be finished with marble/granite/tiles/engineered tiles.

Kitchen Platform    :    

• Granite kitchen platform with stainless steel sink and 2 feet height tiles dadoing above the platform.

Toilets    :    

• 7 feet height tile dadoing and ceramic anti skid tiles flooring in all bathrooms. Cera or equivalent bathroom fittings will be provided.

Electrical work    :    

• Concealed copper wiring with Anchor Roma switches and necessary points in each room.

Doors    :    

• Main door with solid teak wood and teak wood frame polished, all internal doors with sal wood / engineered wood / flush doors.

Windows    :    

• Aluminium 3 track windows with frame and safety grills.

Paints    :    

• Inside one coat of primer with two coats emulsion paint and outside emulsion grills will be painted with one coat of enamel paint.

T.V. & Telephone    :    

• Individual TV & Telephone points in hall and all bedrooms.

Compound walls    :    

• Gates shall be provided after allotment of parking & depending upon convenience of parking.

Water    :    

• 24 hrs water will be provided for the building as per the capacity.
