Walls —
Table molded brick masonry with waterproof coating in all exterior surfaces. Two coat of cement plaster in exterior walls.

Flooring —
Double charged vitrified tiles in living, dining, kitchen and bed rooms. Wooden flooring in master bedroom.

Electrification -
Concealed copper cable wiring with modular switches. Points for TV and telephone in all bed rooms and hall. Points for AC in all bed rooms and point for cooler in living area. Adequate light points in all rooms. Provision for invertor.

Bathrooms —
Ceramic tile floor and dado up to 7'0" height. Granite door frame. Wall hung EWC, Basins with platform, single lever mixer. Provision for solar geyser. Electrical points for exhaust fan and geyser. Plumbing - Fitting JAQUAR or equivalent make

Kitchen —
Granite top kitchen platform with stainless steel sink. Marble partitions below the platform which can be used in modular kitchens too.

Electrical points for water purifier, chimney, microwave oven etc. Dado tiles provided upto 2 ft from kitchen counter. LPG pipe line from kitchen to wash area.

Doors —
Main door polished masonite door and all other doors will be painted masonite doors.

Windows —
Anodized aluminum section sliding window with mosquito mesh and safety grills.

Wall finishes —
Interior walls finished with wall care putty and primer coating. Exterior wall will be painted with good quality acrylic paint.
