Super Structure:

• Cement block Masonry in C.M 1:8

Doors:

• Teak wood door frames and shutters for entrance doors. Hard wood/ Malaysian wood door frames 10cmx5cm in size and Factory made Skin coated shutters for inside doors.

Windows:

• Hardwood / Malaysian wood frames with M S Grills of approved design and paneled shutters with plain/pin headed glass.

Stair case:

• Steel Hand rails and Granite tile flooring (cost of TilesRs.50/Sft.) For stair case steps.

Electrical:

• Three phase concealed wiring with modular switches, Adequate light points and fan points,6A/16A plugs, Provision for AC in Master Bed room, panel board with MCBs and ELCB. Independent KSCB meters.

Flooring:

• Vitrified Tile flooring (cost of Tiles-Rs.50/- Sft.). Car porch with cement tile flooring.

Toilet:

• Ceramic Tile flooring and Daddoing with Glazed Tiles up to 210cm height. Ordinary colour sanitary fixtures and good quality C P fittings (Hindware). Provision for heater in all the toilets. (25K budget for each bathroom)

Kitchen:

• Kitchen counters with granite (Cost Rs.200/- Sft.) top and stainless sink with drain board. Dado up to 60cm above the counter and provision for water purifier.

Work area:

• Granite top with single bowl sink in work area.

Painting:

• Under sides of slabs white Apex. In side walls emulsion finished with putty. Outside walls with Apex finish. Teak wood door with Melamine finish. All other doors and windows enamel finished with putty.

Front yard:

• Hydraulic pressed interlocks in front yard for each villa.

Compound wall:

• Compound wall with gate.

Water supply:

• Adequate Non Drinking Water Supply with Over head tank.

Plastering:
