Structure
Earth quake resistant structural design. Reinforced cement concrete frame with solid cement blocks in fill walls and masonry plastered with cement mortar.

Flooring
Vitrified tiles for entire apartment with vitrified tile skirting.  Granite/vitrified flooring in entrance lobby and vitrified/granite flooring in passages.

Kitchen
Granite kitchen counter, single bowl stainless steel sink with drain board and tap.  Provision for exhaust fanalso provided.  Glazed tiles upto a height of 2 ft. above the kitchen counter.

Toilets
Concealed plumbing with PVC pipes, provision for geyser in master bed toilets, ivory colour wash basin and European closets (cascade or equivalent), chromium plated taps and shower fittings (jaguar or equivalent)  and glazed tiles upto a height of 7 ft on  toilet walls.

Doors & Windows
Seasoned wood frame with teakwood shutters forfront door, moulded panel doors for interiors, glazed powder coated aluminium windows  with MS grill and glass.

Painting
Putty finished plastic emulsion paint for internal walls and enamel paint for doors and window grills.  External walls will be whether proof emulsion paint.

Electricity
Power supply with concealed wiring in PVC conduits controlled by ELCB and MCB.  Elegant modular switches of crabtree or equivalent.  Provision for cable TV and telephone points in living room and master bed room.

Generator
For lift, common lights, water pumps etc. and selected points in apartments.  One light point each in living room, master bedroom and kitchen.  One fan point in master bedroom and TV point in living room.

Water
Drinking water supply at kitchen sink.  Common KWA storage tank or ground water overhead water tank.
