Villa Bedrooms:
The villa has two Bedrooms with attached toilets, a powder room for the living room and dining with kitchen. Separate
accommodation with attached bathroom has been provided for the maid. The villa bedroom has pool and views with air conditioning
and ceiling fans. The fully appointed rooms have Queen Size beds with high quality white linen and hotel grade duvets to ensure a comfortable sleep at our villa.
Private Infiniti Edge Swimming Pool:
An 8x4 m Infiniti edge swimming pool overlooks the sea. The pool has 2 Jacuzzi nozzles for relaxation and one underwater light as
well as filtration equipment with UV filters of European make.
Audio and Video System:
Bose sound system with 2 free space 100 watt loud speakers in the swimming pool deck area with remote operating system have
been incorporated so that the volume and other controls can be operated from inside the pool and from the deck. In the living room,
we have installed Bose lifestyle 18 Home Entertainment System with 5 speakers surround sound presentation and video through the integrated progressive scan DVD/CD player. You can listen to separate sound tracks simultaneously on both the systems inside and outside.
Outdoor Furniture:
2 sun beds, a coffee table on the poolside wooden deck and a coffee table with 4 benches all in Burma Teak wood and Stainless steel
have been placed on the verandah. All furniture has been selected with care from the finest suppliers in South East Asia.
Kitchen:
The Kitchen carries shutters in imported Oak veneer, soft sliding drawers with Hettich fittings in stainless steel, a built-in oven and
microwave, chimney and hob from Faber.
White Goods:
A 40 inch LCD TV in living room and 32 inch TV in master bedroom, built-in oven and microwave in the kitchen, Washing Machine,
Faber chimney & Hob and Toaster have been provided.
Power Backup:
A Kirloskar 10 KVA Generator with sound proof casing has been provided for power backup.
