SPECIFICATIONS :

STRUCTURE : R.C.C. framed with Sloping Roof either lined with Mangalore Tiles or finished with water-proofing.

WALLS : All internal single brick plastered and finished with oil Bound Distemper. External Late rite Stones or Double Brick masonry finished with Double Coat Plaster and finally finished with Cement Paint.

FLOORING : Living Room will have Vitrified Tiles Ivory Colour, Bed and other Rooms will have Vitrified Tiles Ivory Colour, Bath and W.C. floor will be of White Ceramic/Glazed Tiles.

DOORS : External Front Door shall be of Teakwood, finished with Natural Colour Wood Polish on Sal wood / Matt wood frame. Internal Doors shall be of Jack/Flush on Matt wood /Sal wood frames and painted with White Enamel Paint.

WINDOWS : All windows will be Aluminum framed, fully glazed sliding windows.

BATH/W.C. : Bath / W.C. will have white Ceramic Glazed Dado Tiles up to 2.10 meter and fixed with White Sanitary Ware and Braes Chromium fittings. W.C. will be of European type.

KITCHEN : Kitchen will have platform to be topped with Black Granite and Steel sink. Sink wall behind the platform will be lined with white ceramic/Glazed Tiles for height of 60 cms.
