Structure

• Porotherm Bricks used for external walls. RCC framed structure with block partitions & designed for seismic consideration. Concrete grade and steel grade as per structural consultants’ advice.

Electrification and Cabling

• The electrification and cabling system follows three phase power supply with concealed copper wiring and ISI approved PVC conduits. Adequate provisions for light, fan, and power points are installed with modular switches of approved brands like Legrand or equivalent and recontrolled by DBs, ELCB and MCBs. The rooms are furnished with facilities using wires and switches of trusted brands like V-Guard, Legrand or equivalent. The piping is enabled by products of brands like Supreme, Finolex or equivalent.

Finishes

• Internal Walls: Putty and Plastic Emulsion for internal walls and ceiling. External Walls: Weather shield paint finish for exteriors. Paint: Berger/Asian or equivalent.

Flooring

• The entrance lobby will be adorned with a combination of exquisite and high quality tiles. Rooms and Kitchen will have 80 x 80 high quality tiles.

Doors And Windows

• High quality internal and external doors are used. The bathrooms sport prime-quality fiber doors and the windows are UPVC or Powder coated High Quality Aluminum Windows.

Bathrooms

• The bathroom is furnished with high-end sanitary fixtures, concealed piping, and premium quality fittings. The products of prominent sanitary fitting brands like Kerovit, Jaguar or equivalent.

Foundation

• structurally designed Foundation, Mechanically driven end bearing pile foundation. Materials: Steel- Vizag/Sail/Tata/JSW/Tulsyan or equivalent Cement – Ultratech, JSW, Coromandel, Sankar, Ramco, Zuari, Ambuja

Stair Case:

• Tiles on steps, MS railing with enamel paint finish.

Front Door

• Readymade door by Jacson or equivalent, with necessary Heavy-duty SS hinges ,tower bolts, good quality locks, etc.

Internal Doors:

• All internal doors and frame are readymade doors by Jacson Heavyduty SS hinges, tower bolts and handles and locks & Toilet doors are FRP

Windows & Ventilators

• All windows, ventilators and shutter frame with UPVC, and 4 mm plain glass with Heavy- Duty SS hinges and locking hooks.

Kitchenette

• Suitable number of electrical/plumbing points for kitchen appliances. Exhaust fan point in kitchenette.

Plumbing fittings :

• Good quality tap, health faucet, shower and mixer fittings of Kerovit or Equivalent make. (PVC Items- star, Supreme or equivalent)

Painting:

• Premium emulsion paint with putty finish for internal walls. Weather proof emulsion for external walls.

Water Supply:

• Water from bore well stored in Sump tank, It is then treated & stored in a common overhead tank and supplied to each Apartment.

Security:

• Compound wall/gate surrounding the entire project area. Security office near main entry.

Yard Development:

• Front entrances of Apartment will be treated with concrete paving blocks.
