Gracious living and dining never had it better. Special attention has been given to the minutest details to make our living rooms a place that is posh enough to entertain friends in style and cozy enough to put up your feet and relax. We have used large vitrified tiles for your flooring, high quality doors and windows, top-end electrical fittings for complete safety as well as made provisions for split AC units, LCD TVs and broadband. Right outside this space is a spacious balcony where you can indulge your green thumb by tending to the flower beds. The balconies have been specially designed with ceilings of wood-finish rafters, anti-skid superior quality ceramic tiled floorings, designer iron grills and railings for added safety.

Bedrooms
Sweet dreams or simply relax. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully planned for quiet and comfort because it's where you spend some of the happiest hours of your life. The master bedroom is covered with laminated wooden flooring, the others have large vitrified tiles. Each bedroom has provisions for split AC units, television and broadband. You can be sure you'll never get up on the wrong side of the bed.

Kitchen
The way to your family's hearts is through their stomachs. The kitchen is where a home-maker spends a considerable amount of time therefore special care has been taken to give her every comfort and convenience. Floorings are of superior vitrified/ceramic tiles. The platform is of granite with a high-grade stainless steel sink and a mixer lever for hot and cold water. Kitchen walls have Dado tiles. Provisions have been made for a water purifier and an exhaust fan. Electric points for refrigerator and microwave are also provided. Plus, you have the option of going for a modular kitchen.

Toilets
The most essential part of your daily hygiene. That's why we have used the finest quality sanitary ware and fittings, superior quality ceramic flooring tiles and designer wall tiles. The master bathroom comes equipped with a single lever shower panel and a glass cubicle. Other bathrooms too are fitted with single lever hot and cold water mixers.
