Carpentry   
Ornamental Teak  Wood Main Entrance Door.
Hard Wood Frames with Solid core moulded skin door Shutters for Internal Doors.

Painting   
Entire wall area will be coated with wall putty and finished with plastic emulsion paint.
Melamine Polish for Main Entrance Door
Synthetic enamel Paint for all other wooden surfaces and MS Grills.
Note
The colour of the paint will be of our choice depending on bulk availability.
Any colour change affecting the elevation will not be entertained.

Electrical   
Three Phase Power Supply with Concealed Wiring with standard make. 
Separate Meter will be provided for each flat in the main board located outside the flat, at the place of our choice.
Common Meter for common services will be provided in the main board.
Provision for  fixing split A/C, will be made only in all the bed rooms.
Modular switches of Anchor Roma/equivalent make will be provided.
The Wiring for 5A points will be of 1.5  sq.mm rating adequate for equipments of capacity 750 W and 15A points will be of 2.5 sq.mm rating adequate for equipments of capacity 1500 W.
AC wiring will be of 4 sq.mm which can take up a capacity of 2 tonnes.
TV & Telephone points will be provided only at the living room.           
Cables for TV & Telephone will not be provided.
Electrical switches will be provided as per the enclosure. 

Water Supply   
Plumbing with GI & PVC Pipes of Standard Make.
CP bath room fittings of Metro/equivalent make will be provided.

Sanitary   
All toilets will be provided with one European/Indian type, white coloured water closet with white colour PVC flushing tank.

Water Proofing   
Open terrace will be provided with Weathering Course with weathering course pressed tiles.

Kitchen   
Black polished granite table top for 2 feet width will be provided for any two sides of the kitchen.
Stainless steel sink without a drain board will be provided.

General   
Alterations in elevation & fixing of grills and placement of A/C outdoor units spoiling the elevation will not be entertained under any circumstances..

Common Amenities   
Deep Bore wells will be provided.
The number and the depth of bore wells will be at the discretion of the Promoter based on the yield.
One Overhead Water Tank of required capacity will be provided with two separate compartments for drinking and ground water.
Two separate Underground Sumps of required capacity to store drinking water and ground water will be provided.
The areas around the Building & car parking area will be paved with Cobble Blocks.
