Structure :
RCC framed STILT 4 FLOORS with Earthquake Resistant Seizmic Design as per IS 1893 -2002 structure.

Walls :
Internal walls Good quality first class chamber bricks used 4.5” brick work with CM 1:4 mix using 6mm rods in intervals provided on walls to avoid wall cracks. External walls 9”thick with 1:6 CM mix.

Plastering :
Internal walls : Inner plastering with CM 1:5 mix 15mm thickness with smooth finishing.
Extrenal walls : Plastering exterior walls with CM 1:4 20mm thick and wood float finish.

Concrete :
All RCC Roofs/Coloumn/beams are concreted by Ready mix concrete 1:11/2:3 M20 grade concrete. With quality control check &Inspection prior concrete done by structural consultants and architects respectively for all stages.

Lofts :
RCC lofts at a height of 7ft from the floor level and width of 2’ft on one wall (on shorter side)

Virtrified tiles good brand Johnson or equivalent 2’x2’will be used.
Balcony & Service area :12”x12” anti skid regency or equivalent.
Toilet floor :10”x10” anti skid tiles.

Kitchen : Glazed tiles for 2’ft height above the platform level size 12”x8”
