Located in the south eastern region of Gurgaon, Sector 67 is an emerging locality. It is situated adjacent to the well-known Badshahpur, along NH-248A. Sector 67 is divided into 2 parts, Ramghar and Escenia. While Ramgarh region mainly includes retail and office developments, Esencia region houses several residential properties.

Connectivity

• Sector 67 is well connected to both Gurgaon city centre and Sohna via NH-248A that joins to Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway on its way up north and intersects with NH-71B at Sohna.
• Proximity to Golf Course Extension road further increases the locality’s connectivity to other key areas of the city.
• Excellent connectivity to Indira Gandhi International Airport (approx. 26kms) and Gurgaon Railway Station (approx. 15kms).

• Availability of large land parcels is one of the major factors that boosted the real estate market in Sector 67. These vacant large areas attracted well known developers who launched several residential and commercial projects in the sector.
• Development of NH-248A also propelled reality growth in Sector 67.  The highway made Sector 67 accessible to other parts of Gurgaon and Sohna city.

• Lack of proper transport facilities is the major challenge of Sector 67. The nearest bus station is 6kms away from the locality due to which travelling to other areas is not easy.
• Sector 67 is still an emerging locality. Though some schools and hospitals are present in close proximity, proper social and physical infrastructure is yet to develop within the region.
