Revenue Colony is an upcoming locality in central Pune. It comes under the limits of Pune Municipal Corporation. Shivajinagar, Model Colony, PMC Colony, Ganeshwadi, Mitra Nagar, Hanuman Tekdi, Shaniwar Peth, Gaothan are its neighboring localities. The locality is well connected with roads, rails and national highway. Ganpati is the main festival celebrated in Revenue Colony. AH 114 is passing through the locality which further links the locality with Mumbai Highway or NH 60.  It has close proximity to Pune which is located about 2.7 km via Omkareshwar Path while Mumbai is about 147 km via Bengaluru-Mumbai Highway.

Connectivity :
This locality is surrounded by four side by Modern Engineering College Road, Fergusson College Road, Agriculture College Flyover and Jangali Maharaj Road. However, Shivaji Road is passing through the localities which has further access to Mumbai Highway via H K Firodia Bridge.

Shivajinagar, Pune Junction, Khadki and Ghorpadi are the nearby railway stations. However, Shivajinagar is the nearest railway station to Revenue Colony located at a distance of 800 mtrs via Ganeshkhind Road and Gharpure Lane.

It has excellent connectivity to Pune International Airport which is located at a driving distance of 18 kms via Lohegaon Road/Pune Nagar Road/Samrat Ashok Road.
