Overview
NIBM has become one of the prime and preferred residential locality, situated in the south-eastern parts of Pune city. It comes under Pune Municipal Corporation Limits. The locality gets its name from National Institute of Banking Management (NIBM). It is a 3.5 km long stretch connecting Kondhwa Road to Katraj-Hadapsar Bypass road. You can find affordable to luxury apartments along the road. The area offers all necessary infrastructure which make it ideal for living. Proper traffic management system at the same time well-organised and right-sized roads are acceptable during peak hours. Kondhwa, Wanowrie Mohammed Wadi, Wanwadi, Undri, Handewadi, Pisoli, Katraj are some of the prominent localities situated close to NIBM. The locality is well-connected to other prime areas of the city such as Koregaon Park, Kalyani Nagar, Kharadi and Swargate within 5-10 km. It is very closely located to Hadapsar, which is one of the major commercial zones of Pune and has three SEZs - Phursungi IT Park, Magarpatta City, and The Amanora Park Town.
 

Connectivity
The transport system of this area is also good with city PMPML buses and auto rickshaws plying at a regular interval. One can also get OLa and Uber cabs.

Saswad Road, Ghorpuri, Pune Junction, Hadapsar are nearby railway stations to NIBM. However, Pune Junction is the major and the nearest railway station to NIBM which is located at a distance of 9 km via Wanawadi Road.
