Madhapur, situated in the North-East of Hyderabad is a highly developed locality. Lingampally, Hitech City, Hafeezpet and Nagalapalle are its nearby railway station. However, Lingampally Railway Station is the nearest railways station to Madhapur, located at a driving distance of 11 km via Botanical Garden Road.

TSRTC, a state-owned bus service, connects Madhapur with other parts of the city.

Factors for future Growth:-

Its nearness to some prominent IT Parks like Raheja Mindspace IT Park, The Ascendas IT Park have been a plus point for Madhapur. Thus, generating employment opportunity to new commuters in the city at the same time rental yield.

Inner and outer ring roads are being developed to ease traffic during peak hours, and also to provide connectivity to the new Hyderabad International Airport near Shamshabad.

After taking up construction of an underpass and a flyover, efforts are now on to plan a tunnel that will further ease traffic here.

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) is contemplating a new 600 mtr tunnel road connecting Inorbit Mall to Chitrapuri Colony via Hyderabad Knowledge City, Khajaguda junction, extending up to Phoenix Junction via Nanakramguda, Outer Ring Road.

The govt has notified four new industrial park as industrial township to function as separate local authorities for all practical purposes.
