Overview

Knowledge Park, situated in the West of Greater Noida. The region further set apart into sub-localities namely Knowledge Park 2, Knowledge Park 3, Knowledge Park 4 and Knowledge Park 5.Botanical Garden is the nearest Metro Rail to Knowledge Park. However, construction of the Noida-Greater Noida Metro (Aqua Line) is going on at a rapid pace and upon completion, Knowledge Park-II and Knowledge Park-IV metro stations would be the nearest to Knowledge Park-III area. Besides, development of a proposed metro corridor, connecting several sectors of Greater Noida, is under way. Main Road is the major road passing through the locality which further connect with Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, New Delhi, Noida, Surajpur, and Faridabad are its nearby cities whereas Mubarikpur, Gamma 1 & 2, Beta 1 & 2, Malakpur, Badauli Bangar, Rampur Jagir, Rampur, Udyog Vihar Extension are its neighbouring localities.

Connectivity

The metro facility in Noida and Greater Noida is yet to start. It is under construction and the work is in full swing. The nearest Metro Station located close to Gr Noida is Botanical Garden which is located at a distance of 31.6 km via Noida-Gr Noida Expressway.

Delhi is easily accessible from Knowledge Park via Main Road and Direct Flyway. Popular towns such as Agra is connected via Yamuna Expressway while Noida is linked through the Noida Expressway.

The well-known New Delhi Railway Station, Old Delhi Railway Station and Nizamuddin Railway Station are well connected with Knowledge Park.

This locality has excellent connectivity to Indira Gandhi International Highway which is located at a distance of 52.6 km via Noida-Gr Noida Expressway.

Knowledge Park is close to the hottest business hotspot as it houses some renowned companies namely Moser Baer India Ltd, ST Microelectronics Pvt Ltd, Habitech Cyber Studios and Indiawebsitemaker.com. Other organisations in the vicinity include Adel Landmarks, Vertical Limits and Horizon Concept.

It has close proximity to Noida's highly-demanded real estate destinations such as Ecotech 4, Sec-1 Noida Extension, Sec-10 Noida Extension, Sec-12 Noida Extension, Sec-2 Noida Extension, Sec-88 and Surajpur are located nearby.

The operational Noida-Greater Noida Metro Corridor will run between Greater Noida Depot to Knowledge Park 2 metro station, a stretch of around 6 km. The total length of this metrolink is 29.07 km and has 21 metro stations, with Noida Sector 71 in Noida and Delta Depot Station in Greater Noida being the two terminus stations.

Proposed/Planned Infrastructure

The Hi Tech City at Greater Noida would be an integrated campus, which would house not only a cluster of technology companies but along with it provide up market housing and social infrastructure. It would be a mini city in itself with all the basic requirements.

GNIDA is also developing a "Knowledge Park' with the aim of providing quality institutional facilities for education and research. 9 Engineering colleges are already functional and 10 more are under construction.

Beside this Metro corridor NMRC will develop two other metro corridors. One corridor is 14.95 km corridor between Noida Sector 71-72 to Greater Noida Knowledge Park V having 9 metro station. Other corridor to be developed by NMRC is 10.922 km from Okhla Birds Sanctuary to Sector 142 Noida having eight stations.

IT campus of Roorkee IIT is coming up in Greater Noida.

The areas around Knowledge Park offers very good social infrastructure to its residents.
