Khardipada is a suburb located in the south-eastern parts of Thane. It comes under Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC). Diva Shil is the only arterial road which passes through the locality and linked it with NH 48. Prominent localities located close to Khardipada are Phadke Pada, Dawla Village, Kausa, Salvi Nagar, Padle Gaon, Talepada, Omkar Nagar, Mumbra, Sabe Gaon, B R Nagar, Ganesh Nagar, Kalsekar, Shilgaon, Diva, Agasan etc. Locality of Khardipada is surrounded by NH 160 to the north, NH 61 to its east, SH 76 to its south, and NH 48 to its west. Thane is located at a distance of 14.6 km while Nami Mumbai at a distance of 18.6 km from Khardipada. Mumbra, Kausa, and Diva are the three nearby localities to Khardipada.

Connectivity

Khardipada is very easily accessible via road and rail. TMT and MSRTC buses ply through the locality at regular intervals and connect it with other parts of Thane and Navi Mumbai localities.

It has excellent connectivity to Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport which is located at a distance of 33.9 km via Shilphata - Mahape Road.

Mumbra, Diva Junction, Datiwali, Kalva and Thane Junction are its nearby railway stations. However, Diva is the nearest railway station to Khardipada which is located at a distance of 2.8 km via Diva Shil Road. Other important railway station is Thane which is located at a driving distance of 15 km via Mumbai - Pune Road.
