CBD Belapur, situated in the eastern parts of Navi Mumbai. The Central Business District of Belapur is a node of Navi Mumbai, located at a distance of 2.9 km. The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) has its headquarter here. The area is one of the fastest developing region in Navi Mumbai regarding new residential and commercial developments. BEST, NMMT buses and railways connecting CBD Belapur to other parts of Mumbai city. The locality also has ferry service for travelling to Elephanta Caves from Sector-11. It is considered as the chief business district of Mumbai after Worli, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Vashi, and Nariman Point. BEST buses are available from CBD Belapur to to Vashi, Chembur, Ghatkopar, Sion, Dadar, and Bandra while NMMT buses are available from CBD Belapur to Thane, Kalyan, Uran, Dombivali, Taloja, Vashi, and Panvel. NMMT AC Volvo buses are also available for Chembur, Dadar, Bandra, Vashi, Sion, Panvel, and Borivali. Auto Rickshaw is the primary mode of transport for the citizen of CBD Belapur within the node.

It has close proximity to Chhatrapati shivaji International Airport which is located at a distance of 31.4 km via Bangalore-Mumbai Highway/Mumbai Highway/Mumbai-Pune Highway, can be accessed in an hour.

Seawoods - Darave, Belapur C.B.D., Nerul, Kharghar, Juinagar, Sanpada are its nearby railway stations. However, Belapur C.B.D. is the nearest station, located at a distance of 2km via Nirmala Devi Marg.

There are two major highways passing through the locality Mumbai Highway and NH348A which links CBD Belapur to the other parts of the Mumbai and Navi Mumbai city.

Proposed and Planned Infra

NMMC will introduce two air-conditioned boats that will ply from Vashi and CBD Belapur i.e Navi Mumbai to South Mumbai ferry and Thane to Gateway of India ferry.

CIDCO is planning to build a 6-km-long coastal road to join the Kharghar node with the international airport via CBD.

Under-construction Navi Mumbai Metro from Belapur to Pendhar (Line-1) a distance of 11.1 km.
