Bilekahalli, Bangalore

Overview

Located off Bannerghatta Road, Bilekahalli is a small residential market in the southern part of the city. Spread across 4.24 sq.km, the presence of one of the prominent institutions of the country, Indian Institute of Management, was the driving factor for the region boosting residential development.

Connectivity

·         The area is very close to the Outer Ring Road providing quick access to eastern IT corridors and western retail/industrial hubs.

·         It is well-connected to other parts of the city via BMTC bus network. Sri Veerabhadra Swamy bus stop is a landmark bus stop for the region.

·         Bannerghatta Road in the west extends the reach of the area towards the southern suburbs along the road and also connects it with NICE Road providing access to peripheral markets such as Electronic City and Kengeri.

·         Nearest inter-state bus and rail terminals are located at Majestic (about 12-13km).

·         Kempegowda International Airport is at a distance of about 48km from here.

●       Upcoming Phase 2 alignment of Namma Metro passing through Bannerghatta Main Road is a big plus for the region.
