Sudarsan Builders & Developers was started In 1989 by late Parthasarathy Sudarsan. When our first quality home was built, it was a revolution that redefined the home-building industry. And since, We have constructed plethora of residential and commercial buildings. Reigning over three decades of experience, Rajesh Parthasarathy holds bachelors degree in architecture and finished his masters in Strathclyde University in U.K and gained experience by working in architecture firms in bangalore and in leading chennai construction companies untill he took over sudarsan builders and developers from 2010. As an architect Rajesh vision for home and residential apartment have changed and enhanced the lives of the users and thus he has become a trademark for optimum and innovative usage of space and standards with good quality contruction, bringing pride and joy into every home/building he builds.He envisioned community buildings and not just apartments.
