The Group was established in 2011 but Constructing small houses and society in rural areas had been started before 11 years ago and gradually moved in the another part of the state around Surat and gradually entered the city area with the concept of high rise building. In Althan we came up with the projects like Shiv Someshwar Enclave meanwhile, we also started constructing in the areas like Vesu.  The Group name as “SHIV SOMESHWAR GROUP” is formed by Mr. Nitin Desai and Mr. Bhavesh Pansuriya developed luxurious and comfortable projects under the name Shiv Someshwar like Shiv Someshwar Enclave and Shiv Kartik Enclave. We have all premium customers of wide range including Government employees, Private Limited company’s employees and Local residents of Surat city.
