The founding stone of RCBS Realty was laid in the year 2011 by starting a real estate marketing division also it was around the same time the decision of acquiring land was taken in Naryanpur and Sonarpur. It was initiated by a property asset of 300 bighas at Naryanpur and Sonarpur. The offering of residential plot started from the middle of 2012 as it opened a new option for the property investors to invest in residential plot, which reduced their investment size drastically from other residential/commercial property or land, where the ticket size is much higher. The response was phenomenal, we sold more than 100 plots within one year of starting the offering.
