Background of Promoters: The founder Melapoothanur Mani Iyer after completing over 100 government contracts since 1945 with several projects opened by Chief Ministers started Natesan Housing (P) Limited with the view to focus on housing development. V. P. Seetharaman, his son, has been in property development in Srirangam, Trichy started with one of the first apartment projects in Srirangam -Mahalakshmi Apartments comprising of 45 flats in 1989. The largest project in the prime area of Thillainagar, Trichy – Vasanth Vihar apartments was developed with 81 flats. A boutique apartment complex Atulya Homes in Ram Nagar, Coimbatore near Alankar/City Towers Hotel was completed.
