With the rich experience of its founder Mr. Anand Kulkarni, a 1981 I.I.T. Graduate and qualified Construction Management Expert and the young enthusiasm of Mr. Saurabh Kulkarni, an internationally qualified Master in Real Estate, Kirik is all set to create real estate benchmarks with pioneering concepts and quality construction. Our Vaastu centric homes and the concept of Enhanced Space Utility Factor (ESUF), as seen in the Home Office project, have already received tremendous response.
