G:Corp Developers Pvt. Ltd. was originated from the property division of The Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd. with Ghanshyam Sheth as its Executive Chairman. This became Gesco Corporation Ltd., a public entity which later became Mahindra Gesco Ltd. Later Gesco Corporation (South) Ltd. was formed; subsequently this was incorporated as G: Corp Pvt. Ltd. which is the current holding company of the group.

Today, G:Corp Developers Pvt. Ltd. is a flagship company of the G:Corp Group - a Company that offers Integrity and Transparency at the highest level ensuring value addition to all our stakeholders.
