Bhagwati Builders Pvt. Ltd. 

It all started with the incorporation of Bhagwati Builders Pvt. Ltd. as the flagship company on Feb 14, 1997 with Sanjay Gupta as the Managing Director. Under his leadership, the company built more than just houses, they built life time relations with all people associated with them. The beginning was modest but utmost dedication and toil reaped its fruits in the form of successfully delivered projects in Vaishali, Rajendra Nagar, Shalimar Garden and Indirapuram. In 2006, the team joined the hands to launch its first multi-storey group housing project ShriRam Residency under the flagship company Perfect Structures India Pvt. Ltd. The project was successfully completed by 2009 and handed over to its esteemed customers.  Now adding another feather to its cap, the group is bringing its ambititous project named ShriRam Heights in RajNagar Extension, Ghaziabad, which is the most sought after and promising township in current times in Delhi/NCR. Once again the company is set to deliver the project with prompt efforts and hard work of its competent team and also promises to uphold the quality standards and utmost good faith of its customers.
