Vinayagar Promoters & Builders is a well known & established Real Estate development firm based in Visakahaptnam. Vinayagar was established in 1996 by a group of professionals & an NRI. The main promoters are M S Giri, L Kiran Kumar & S Jogendra (NRI). The promoters are all from engineering background. Two of the promoters are from Civil Engineering background and prior to establishing Vinayagar, they have worked in the Public sector for more than 8 years.
