Veohm Projects 

When we wanted to kickstart our real estate business back in 2004, we wanted to ride the boom in the market at the time and build living spaces with adequate light, ventilation and offer a setting close to nature. Our first villa was constructed as a rental space for serviced apartments and was an unmitigated success, garnering acclaim, for architecture and service alike. We then continued to dip our toes into the space with high end apartments at the city centre, where each house can claim to be designed uniquely and differently. Needless to say, we have never stopped looking back since, and we have embarked on 3 more serviced apartments, 2 large residential projects, and a commercial project in the past few years. Veohm's philosophy is to place emphasis on personal inputs in each and every project, and not leave the aspect of design and choice of materials to third parties. Our output of 2 projects a year ensures that we can continually be involved in them week in and week out. We also make sure to never compromise on our many mantras of fair pricing, good amenities & design, a clear title, good interaction and communication, and above all, timely delivery.
