The company primarily develops residential, commercial and retail properties. Currently, we are operating in the state of Odisha and particularly in the smartest city of the nation – Bhubaneswar.

Our activity involves land acquisition, planning and designing of township projects. Our business philosophy hovers around regular innovations based on customer comfort as well their day to day demand for better living.

We are concerned about serving people in the lower income strata by developing low cost projects. In our parlance, low cost projects do not convey the message that there would be compromise either in quality or in better living.

We also give primacy to green initiative in our projects. Starting from rain water harvesting, treating waste water for reuse, use of LED bulbs to save electricity and commissioning of roof top solar power system are installed to make the projects eco-friendly.
