As India got its political independence an era dawned for economic independence too. The founding father Shri Kanjibhai Patel (K.Patel) started an enterprise in Realty at Mumbai in the year 1956. From grass root construction contracts, sons Meghjibhai K Patel and Gopalbhai K Patel went on to make it Realty development business . A seed that later grew into a tree with diversified manufacturing initiatives with enterprising family managed business structure. The business is now in its fourth generation.
