We have been the pioneers in housing development in Margao launching the first complex of eight apartments in 1981 under the trade name Suvina Enterprises and under the ownership of my mum Mrs Suvina B Redkar and Guidance of my dad Dr Babu A Redkar .Inflation was low in those days and a apartment would be sold for less than a lakh.
