Susheela Homes And Properties Pvt Ltd has been in the business of building quality homes in Goa since 1992 under the stewardship of Mr. Damodar D. Salkar, a qualified Civil Engineer.

Between 1992 and 1997, we functioned as a proprietary concern under the name and style of M/s Damodar V. Salkar. In 1997, we became a private limited company and our name changed to Susheela Homes and Properties Pvt. Ltd.

Since it's inception, Susheela homes has set higher standards for itself and our aim has always been to develop residences of the heighest possible quality. In fact, our obession with quality has led us to qualify and secure the prestigious ISO Certification.
